A page view means visiting a page on a website. If we click again then it becomes the additional page view.
The click-through rate is the ratio of number of clicks performed by users on a page to the total no. of visitors on that page. It is mostly used in ad and email campaigns
Conversion rate indicates how many users on the page took decison on a particular action. For eg. Registering for a membership, downloading content etc.
