The importance of these in the nursing field.
(1)A nurses potential impact in a hospital environment is very crucial.Nurses are teacher, advocates, caregivers, critical thinkers and innovators. They do so much more than care for individuals; their presence 24/7 has transformed lives. Nursing is an honorable profession, and nurses are the heart and soul of the healthcare system.
(2)Holistic nurses are those who recognize and treat each patient differently. They nurture wholeness and healing by respecting each patient's unique physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental strengths and challenges and honoring each patient's values, health beliefs and health experience. The focus of holistic healing is to encourage the person to strive for wholeness and healthy living with the goal being to gain proper balance in all aspects of life. Here are some benefits of holistic therapy. Understanding the need for a well-balanced lifestyle- Holistic treatments emphasize whole body care.
(3)From a deontological point of view, competent patients should be told the truth regardless of the consequences. It can also be argued that, given the value of trust in any health professional–patient relationship, then such trust must be properly facilitated and fostered throughout patient care. There are two main situations in which it is justified to withhold the truth from a patient, if the physicians has compelling evidence that disclosure will cause real and predictable harm, truthful disclosure may be withheld. If its clear that the patient can bear the truth , then the truth about the diagnosis should never be hidden.
(4)No matter how severely impaired an infant is , it must be given a chance to fight and survive. Pro-life is the right decision to make in this situation. Its true that the imapirment can complicate living life normally, but taking away one's life without trying to help them survive is clearly brutal
(5)One argument in favour of nurses being healthy role models is that it enables them to be seen as credible communicators of public health messages. Service users in this study reported that they would be less willing to follow advice from visibly unhealthy nurses and would question their competence.
