• political- It depends upon the decision to implement the policies to change the educational course curriculum during difficult times depending upon the decision of the head or the employer of the firm.
• symbolic- It depends upon providing incentives and celebrating the accomplishments of the students in the schools in the form of parties and mutual understandings after the completion of the educational tenure.
