A team is a group of people working for an organization with a certain goal to achieve. The members have different skills which are used to achieve the project with the team for the business.

Virtual Team is the talent pool for the business which is based on various locations of the globe and work in teams for a project. The communication technology has made the team members have the virtual team with expertise that makes the difference between such a team with a traditional team. The traditional team works in the same infrastructure to work from and have both internet applied and traditional man to man communication.

The learning organization is the organization that is continuously developing to keep the team members ready for the changing environment. This is a learning organization that keeps the learning and developing continuously for the members to keep the business efficiency in the changing global environment for the best adoption of technologies.

The learning team and virtual teams of the modern-day business use internet technologies to make the working possible for the teams in both cases. However, not all teams are virtual or are learning organization base on the needs of the business which changes and are strategically adopted.
