Autocratic leadership or authoritarian leadership refers to a person who demonstrates control over all decisions taking little to no input from other groups or individuals.
They make resolutions out of their judgments,ideas and beliefs.
An autocratic leader is someone who can be like a dictator.they usually instill fear and control to gain power over people.
Autocratic leadership has only one person that has the authority to make decisions and takes very little to no inputs from other groups.
Democratic leadership styles
Democratic leadership also known as participative leadership or shared leadership is a type of leadership style in which members of the group take a more participative role in the decision making process.this type of leadership can apply to any organization from private businesses to schools to government.

Although effective Democratic leadership style has certain disadvantages.when roles are not clearly defined and time is limited this leadership style can lead to failures.further in some cases members of the group might lack the expertise and knowledge to contribute towards decision making.
