Answer: There are different forms of the leader. In that transformational leader and the servant leader are included. A transformational leader is the leader of an organization in which the main focus on the goals, development, and growth of the organization. For this, the leader inspires, motivated, unites, maintains teamwork for the followers to get the goal of the organization. Alway work by keeping priority for getting the desired goal of the organization. For the servant leader, the main focus is no followers. The leader serves his or her followers. Developed various activities or programs for the development of the members. So the more priority to fulfill the needs of the members or the followers. The transformational leader exemplifies by doing goal-oriented work for the future development of the organization by motivating the workers. For servant democratic leadership style is used to control the organization. Both the transformation and the servant leader used expert power to followers by giving proper information to or plan to get the desired goal. The servant-leader used reward power by encouraging always the followers giving positive rewards exemplifies french and raven's sources of power

The strength of transformational leadership are
- focus on the goal of the organization
- motivating or inspiring the workers to make the growth of the organization
-the limitation of transformation leadership is that they do not see the issues or problem of the workers
The strength of the servant is that it focuses on the needs of the workers and weakness is that it does not see the goal of the organization.
