  • Local & regional media visibility: purchasing local and regional media ad spaces and program segments to grow local and regional awareness for the company.
  • Repeated listings showing customer loyalty: working on development of customer loyalty to bring in more repeated listings within a medium time frame (6-8 months).

2 long term goals:

  • Expansion of customer base: overall increasing the customer base by adding listings from new locations to the business.
  • Gaining competitive advantage: developing a competitive advantage over other realtor companies by either developing a service factor that attracts and retains new customers or by developing strong hold in a certain location, which acts as a competitive advantage for the company.
