There are always age difference among the team members in any organization. It is the duty and task of the leader to manage the team by considering the age difference which will be best for the organization.For the employee also ethics play crucial and deciding rule in communicating and dealing with fellow team members with whom there is age difference. Virtue ethics says that virtue or moral character is an excellent trait of character and an employee should use the moral character present in him while working in the team.Justice ethics theory says about fairness, entitlement and equality while presenting oneself.Right theory pertain to moral right of a person. All the words and concepts mentioned in these three theories of ethics is more or less similar which is about the inner trait and character of a person. In any organization set up these are necessity for an employee to have while dealing with people of different age.
