As a management accountant, I would like to consider digital and technology adoption in the shoes manufacturing system because as digitalization becomes the new fashion for the shoe manufacturers so it will reduce the time and increase flexibility. It considers security, quality and environment.

At first, company will face many challenges but it will help in long run. These challenges can be turn into opportunities if right decision is taken at right moment. Many big companies already considered this and working on it.

We can consider 3d printing technology to design few components of a shoe, and for preliminary stages like show design. The shoes will be eye- catching, comfortable or we can even consider personalized footwear.
