The duties of bookkeeper may vary depending on type or nature of business but generally include preparing reports, data entry and payroll processing.in short a bookkeeper mean a person who record financial transactions of an enterprise.

PAYROLL SYSTEM: A payroll system is a system that calculate the money you owe your employees concering the hours that work, bonus or any prerequisite or any amount to be deducted from their salary. A payroll system may be computerised or manual.

              A bookkeeper should discuss about the payroll system with the immediate supervisor or those who have authority to approve payroll decision.
