financial transactions of an enterprise.
PAYROLL SYSTEM: A payroll system is a system that calculate the
money you owe your employees concering the hours that work, bonus
or any prerequisite or any amount to be deducted from their salary.
A payroll system may be computerised or manual.
A bookkeeper should discuss about the payroll system with the
immediate supervisor or those who have authority to approve payroll
decision. The responsibility of bookkeeper is to record the
financial transactions but if the bookkeeper have any doubt
regarding the payroll system or the bookkeeper want to discuss
