Explain why you are constructing a graph for krypton emission lines but not for hydrogen.
The krypton (Kr) spectrum is characterized mainly by two brilliant lineas (green and yellow) but also has several emission lines (less intense). On the other side, hydrogen (H) only has four spectral lines due to energy levels.
The difference here is because H has 1 electron but Kr has 36 electrons, the emission spectral lines is more complicated for the last one, than the H, since 36 electron has many energy levels for each one. But we can actually construct both spectra, we can obtain them experimentally with a discharge tube and a spectroscope. And also we can use the specra to indentify unknown elements.
