Please write (typed) 2-3 paragraphs about teamwork in my organization (Finance/accounting department). like how was the teamwork at my organization and how successfull we were in it. Don't name any specifc organizaton name. It should refer to my organization.

Team work is very important in any organization to get jobs accomplished in the most efficient manner. In my organizzation, a display of team work is always seen, especially in the finance department. As you are aware, the finance department has many dead lines for reporting income statements and other financial data in a timely manner. This requires alot of late working hours. In my organization, if one employee is overburdened, another employee tries to help him in his work, so that the department accomplishes its job as a whole on a timely manner.

Further, when new employees enter the organization, they are not specifically aware about the systems used in the organization. They are not familiar with the finance hierarchy or procedures followed in the department. In my organization, we help new employees to be comfortable in the working environment and solve any queries they have regarding the work. We help them in the learning process and have been successful in working as a team as is reflected by the high quality of work and met deadlines.
