Please write (typed) 2-3 paragraphs about how would you describe your organizational culture? not the thoery of organizational culture

It should be Communal Culture (high degree of sociability/high degree of solidarity). dont mention any organization name it should refer to my organizational culture like where I work as general.

In general organizational culture defined as the values, beliefs and assumptions that which contribute the healthy environment in the organization. It may also include the exceptions, inner workings and also the interactions with the other organizations. Organization culture was one of the important aspects because by maintaining the good culture organization name and fame will be increased. This will be maintained only when employees follow each and every rule. Our organization had one of the good cultures because no employee in the organization violates any rule and regulation.

Our organization creates a unique communal culture that which gives importance to each and every member in the organization, support the team work and best vision to for the future organizational growth. Best characteristic in our organization was stress the interdependence people among others so that strong relation and bond was build between our organization and other firms. We can also see loyalty and team work in our organization. This culture helps for our organizational success.
