According to psychology, stress is a feeling of pressure inside our mind. Stress can be both internal and external. It can have both negative or positive impact on the person. Talking about the positive side a little stress is necessary as it helps the person to be focused as stress will help him remind that he has to achive something and he has to work for it. But when a person takes too much stress it can lead to problems like anxiety, heart attack, mental instability, etc.

Stressors are any stimulus or factor that causes stress in the person. Due to stressor a person experience anxiety. It is the persons perception that makes a event otr an agent as a stressor. An extrovert person like interacting people and doesnot find it stressful. But if the same thing happen with an introvert, the he may find the situation stressful. The whole interacting situation is the acting as a stressor for the introvert.
