Potential Stressors
Think of potential stressors that employees face at your organization or one with which you are familiar. Discuss their effect on employee performance, and how they might be reduced or eliminated.

Potential stressors at workplace and their effect on employees:
High workloads:
When at workplace the workload give to the employee is too much and exceed the capacity of him, it brings unnecessary stress to the employee. High amount of workload create more pressure on employee since they cannot handle it and eventually collapse from that pressure that bring stress to them.
Harassment/bullying:
When employee have to face harassment at workplace, it bring lots of pressure to them and lead to lower working quality. When there are bullies at workplace chances are high that people get harassed by those bullies and constant bullying create extra tension over employee which welcome the stress to them.
Improper Management:
When employee are on their own, and management don’t give them any direction employee tend to be lost in their transit and could not think further how to act, in this situation most probably they go stressed out where to go and what to do further.
