Racism is the ugly or disturbing discrimination that is directed towards someone of a different race, ethnicity, or culture. This maybe due to the belief that one's own race is superior than that of the other, thereby holding belief that one's own race possess certain Characteristics, qualities, abilities that are better than the other race, making them inferior.
Thereby a racist is an individual that believes other races are not as good as their own race, this makes them treat others unfairly and unacceptably.
Treating everyone fairly, without discrimination, biasness or prejudice based on race, culture, ethnicity, sex, color, rituals etc is considered not being a racist.
Evolutionary psychologists held that racism often is an innate factor that arises naturally and also that racism may act as a defense mechanism for humans that arises due to anxiety and insecurity.
