A) Stressors in workplace are the things that cause stress, when the pressure is higher than the resource available in the workplace. The stressors could be because of the persons inability to cope with the situation, as lack of experience in the field, role ambiguity, management style, and job insecurity. It could also be because of work overload, resource inadequacy, working condition, working shifts etc.

B) Stress is an important factor that deteriorates the productivity. If the person stressed up in work it will make physical and psychological changes in the life of the individual leading to a drastic change in his behavior which affects all the processes in work place, including his relation with co workers, and superiors. When distress leveled up in a person he will not be able to work as if he does naturally because of all those physiological changes that happens in his body. All of which leads to poor productivity at work.

C) Health risk associated with high stress level include heart diseases, head aches, high blood pressure etc. These could also include conditions like psychosomatic illnesses such as gastro intestinal problem, obesity, asthma etc.
