answer-

a stress is the condition which is caused by external factors or stimuli called stressors & when we react to these factors/stressors we got under stress.

for an organization the primary causes of stress could be-

  • decreasing sales of the organization.
  • poor performance of the employee.
  • unstructured organization structure.
  • increasing waste of production

for above primary stress, following consequences can be seen in the organization-

  • decreasing customer base.
  • decreasing in the brand value & share value in the market.
  • loss cause of extra waste & increasing cost.

the following are primary stressors for me in the organization as employee could be-

high sales target which are nearly impossible to achieve in a given period of time.as i would respond to these target with positively as i would try to achieve it but i could not do it then ask for extra period of time.

secodn stressor could be my personal life issues which would give me stress while i am at work & i would try to ignor such personal stress from my professional work because it could affect on my business work.

as i take positive approach to deal with stressw while others i know can not deal with such stress positively.

for example, my friend in the sales department but from different company who is under the same stress of high sales target but he respond to such stressor differently because he tried to reduce his stress with alcohol, ciggeretts etc.

the basis of the difference to reponse differently under the same situation could be the personality, tolerance power of the person as one can tolerate the stress while others can not.

*above answer is written in my own words.hope this answer would help you.good luck & rate.
