Expert Solution

  • When we talk about inequality,I definitely think its related to unfairness of opportunity we all get. Everybody has a struggle in life to achieve something and everyone puts in their hardwork to overcome those obstacles but some people succeed and some people dont.
  • Some people are treated preferentially and others unjustly, and acknowledging that both poverty and unfairness are related in todays world. Everyone puts in hardwork more than their capacity but only a few succeed, because of lack of resources or opportunities and sometimes even luck. Which is why some people become super rich and some stay poor throughout their lives feeling dejected.
  • And yes, when we talk about hardwork,we do mostly talk about people who have succeeded and not the ones who have failed and not become anything in life. Eventhough failure teaches us a lot in life but,if an individual's hardships are overcome and he/she succeeds and becomes big in life, that is more inspiring story to hear and be motivated.
  • And I also feel we should never give up,even if we fail or feel extremely dejected,a ray of hope is present for every individual and the ones who stop working are the ones who give up.We need to find motivation everyday to keep ourselves going and taking small steps towards our ultimate goal because without hardwork nothing is possible. Dejection should be a motivator and not the means to give up.
