Virtue ethics are part of the normative ethics theories that put emphasis on the character as well as the mind of the person which brings out his real personality. Virtue ethics define how virtues are important to another person and the related problems with those virtues.

Whistle blowing are known to be as the people who tend to expose a particular king of act or information or activities that are referred to be illegal. Whistleblowing can be virtuous as well. Virtuos whistleblowers are the people who act is a certain manner that is ethical, so as to over do an act that has brought injustice to people. Virtuous whistleblower will be acting in a manner that is ethical such that if would be protecting the rights of the people. This is only considered ethical when people would expose an act that is causing a serious harm to the person. This is a person who is ready to take up the responsibilities of their acts, along with facing any of all of the consequences that their acts have brought up. This person has high virtues and they cannot let harm onto people, and hence decide to become whistleblowers to the company that they loyally serve.
