Whistle blowing is an opportunity given to every individual within an organization and outside to report concerns that are suspectful in their point of understanding. They might feel that things are going against ethical concern and thereby bring to the notice of all. In other words issues wil be brought in the public. It acts as a platform to expose the suspected misconducts. Issues can relate to environmental hazards due to the company, harrassment happening within, or issues related to employers safety.

After whistle blowing the issue will definitely given a solution which will be permanent. Such open forums will build trust in the minds of the employees, general public and stakeholders.

Human resource department will cordially handle such whistle blowing issues. It is such a sensitive issue that it should be handled with so much care and with no personal judgements.it is also a concern of ethical values that should be deeply looked into. Sometimes the whistle blower would have had misconceptions and thus reported . But in any case the issue should be solved in a positive manner and it should be turned as a trust building effort among all.
