A project team is generally quite diverse in an organization which consists of members from different race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, age, etc. and this diversity requires a lot of effort in order to maintain the success factor in the team and help the team achieve success. Age difference may generally create a conflict in the organization but as an effective team the team should overcome such issues and try to respect and value the difference that the older and younger team members may have in the process. I believe that the theories of virtue and ethics plays an important role in this aspect as the differences needs to be respected and even the management needs to respect the difference and be fair to both the section of the employees. As project members every one of the member possess equal rights and that should be fair and just so that there is no discrepancy regarding the same.
