The reasons for conducting job analysis are:

  • It clearly defines what exactly the job is, what are the expectation and requirements to complete that job successfully i.e. it gives a lot more clarity.
  • It clearly states that what all qualification are necessary and mandatory for a job to get finished successfully and hence it helps a lot in staffing.
  • It will show that any specific skill is necessary or not and if yes then a particular framework of training is designed to ensure that everybody is on the same page and the employee hits the floor running.
  • Labor laws and all sort of legal constraints are also analyzed and it is made sure the organization comply by all these rules.
