As an Army recruiter, my job description. My job is to collect
and analyze information about work content and human needs. View of
work classification systems, incumbstacles interviews, structured
questionnaires, task stock inventories, checklists, work logs, all
of these methods are used.
I prefer to use existing interviews and structured questionnaires
for the methods I mentioned above. There is something that was not
remembered or exaggerated in the interviews due to a human error.
On the other hand, the structured questionnaire gives you greater
control over the information you provide, as you ask the
questions.
I determine the eligibility for the registration, the option of
advising applicants on the different registration options, prepare
packages, and travel for the qualified applicant for military
registration during my period of registration as an Army recruiter.
The applicants will be future soldiers once enlisted. I then
prepare them for fundamental training and carry out awareness
programs for the Army. Create educators, community leaders,
parents, high school and college staff, and network
influencers.
