in 200 words explain What is your perspective on ingenuity vs tradition?  Can a person or group of people have ingenuity while still adhering to long-time traditions?

Ingenuity is ability to be original in meeting challenging situations, being clever and innovative and producing results based on integrity in actions.

Tradition is ability to do things based on old customs, rituals or just old patterns of behaviour which have been passed through generations and generations forever and has been still predominant in todays modern day where some of them have even lost relevance and importance.

It is however possible for one to be ingenuine and simultaneously following traditions like for example a person belonging to Islam community follows traditional Islamic culture and at same time have progressive thinking to modern world and being able to deal situations based on rational and innovative thinking rather than impractical contemporary culture and thinking patterns.

Even for organisation they can follow old traditions like art if giving and at the same time spend cash flows on innovative and trusted sources of CSR activities. This enhances brand imagery and preserves the preconceived notion of traditional culture and fine blend of modern day practical approach to businesses.
