Transformational leaders are the most inspiring leadership quality. These types of leaders try to influence the group, motivates them, encourage them to achieve the desired goal. The leaders' approach helps a group of people to change themself or make changes in society. Transformational leadership creates valuable and positive transformation in the people. The leaders share a strong bonding of trust and unity with their followers. When a leader peeps the wish of the follower and encourages him with empathy it works as a motivational booster and helps them to move in a progressive path.

The example of this transformational leadership quality is the National father of India- Mahatma Gandhi. He was a great influencer who made India free from Britishers. His main weapon was non-violence which gave him the victory. He never forced any officer rather only his words where so much power that made tough negotiation. He was the leader who started a mission as Satyagraha, which means trying to change the scenario by love, peace, and integrity. He taught us unity is the strength.
The other example is Nelson Mandela, he was also a transformational leader who motivated his followers. He was against the apartheid and changed the entire continent's perception and attitude in South Africa. He always encouraged the power of symbols and humanity towards mankind. Because he himself was a victim so he was emphasized with that negative approach. He was a positive man and his charisma personality made a powerful impact with love in return.
