Three (3) of the strategic HR approaches that firms must pay attention to are-
1. Self managed and effective teams
Self managed and effective teams are very important for improving
the organisational performance. The effective teams usually
includes the persons which think differently and plays a major role
in reaching towards the organization goal.
The HR needs to motivate various different teams for working
together to achieve the goals and improve organisation
performance.
2. Providing job security to employees
Job security is very important as life is unpredictable and the
work is the stable factor. Providing job security to the employees
enables employees in going home without any fear of loosing the
job.
Providing job security helps to retain more people in the
organization and thus the employee pay more attention in doing
their work.
This leads to improve organization performance.
3. Performance based pay
This is the method in which the employees are paid some extra
benefits for the work that they have done beyond normal call of the
duty.
This method helps to boost the employees and they perform better in
order to gain the extra benefit along with their salary.
This leads to better performance and the employee puts more efforts
in their tasks and duties.
