Answer- The company that I have chosen is an RPO organization which does the recruitment. Its name is ANS Affiliate Solutions. So, following are the four roles of HR manager in this organization-

1) Recruiting the competent candidates for the organization. An HR manager sees whether the prospective employee would be fruitful to the organization or not. Whether the prospective employee would work to the best of his abilities or not. And seeing all the details of the employee, the HR manager recruits him in his organization.

2) An HR manager performs the role of a counselor and he counsels and guides the employees who face any problem in their day to day work. The HR manager advises the employees and guides them in the right direction.

3) An HR manager performs a motivator's role and motivates the employees who are bogged down due to some issues at work.

4) An HR manager works as a change agent and convinces the employees to change their attitudes and to adapt to various changing situations in their workplace.
