The company I've chosen is an RPO recruiting organization. Its name is Solutions of the ANS affiliate. The four roles of the HR manager in this organization are as follows

1) Recruitment to the organization of competent candidates. An HR manager will see whether or not the future employee would be successful. Whether or not the prospective employee would work best. The HR manager recruits him into his organization, looking for all the details of the employee.

2) An HR manager acts as a consultant and advises and guides employees facing any problem at the workplace. The HR manager provides the staff with the right advice and guidance.

3) A HR manager plays the role of motivator and motivates the staff who are stuck in due to certain work difficulties.

4) A human resources manager acts as change agent and persuades employees to change their attitudes and adapt their workplace to different changing situations.
