how important in your opinion is it for business corporation to behave ethically? explain your arguments with using examples?

maintaining ethics in a corporation is quite important because of the fact that ethical behaviour in a corporation can lead to many benefits such as retaining employees such that they actually want to stay with the business and this can actually reduce the labour turnover. Also ethical behaviour can get to improve the the position of the investors and this can actually keep the company share price high on the whole and also customers can get to attract with the ethical behaviour of the corporation which means this can result in high amount of sales as well as the level of profits increase on the whole. For example consider your cooperation is behaving ethically and there is a skilled worker who is actually willing to work with just because of your ethical nature and with that the productivity will actually increase and if you don't behave ethically the worker will not work with you and this can lead to hiring new employees and again seeing them leaving the organisation which can result in a hassle and this is the reason why ethical behaviour for cooperation as a whole is important.
