Suggest some personal traits
that you believe would be useful to a business leader today. Are
these traits more valuable in some situations than in others? How
do you think traits differ from strengths?
ANSWER:
Following are some personal traits that
you believe would be useful to a business
leader:
- Leadership is characterized as the
non-coercive impact to plot the goals of an organization.
Leadership is the capacity to propel the conduct of individuals to
achieve the targets of the organization.
- Leadership traits are characterized
as the unmistakable individual qualities of a pioneer. The
attributes of a pioneer incorporate insight, fearlessness,
vitality, information, relational abilities, training,
conclusiveness, amiability, eagerness, and trustworthiness of a
pioneer.
- As indicated by me, the most
helpful characteristics of a business chief today are relational
abilities, human connection aptitudes, fearlessness, and dynamic
abilities. I accept that these characteristics are more significant
in certain circumstances than in others.
- For example, in the event that the
representatives are respectful and developed, at that point, a
pioneer with great relational abilities can without much of a
stretch persuade them. Then again, if the representatives are
juvenile, the relational abilities of the pioneer probably won't be
that successful.
- Qualities are not the same as
attributes in the way that qualities are the common capacities and
gifts of individuals that are bolstered and strengthened with
learned abilities and information, while attributes are particular
individual qualities of an individual. It is critical to discover
the qualities as opposed to having the correct traits.
