Solutions

Expert Solution

Identify a personal goal that relates to some of your personality traits and explain that relationship.

My personal goal is to come out in flying colours and get into research. I am well organised, conscious about my responsibilities and duties that I should complete on time. I also have a daily, weekly and monthly schedule to organize myself better. All these relate to my Conscientiousness trait. People with this trait are dedicated to their duty and come out successfully both in studies and job.

Discuss whether you typically experience an internal or external locus of control and give a personal example.

I always experience internal locus of control because I make my decisions and take responsibility for the outcomes without blaming anyone. I also make sure I do something because I like to do it and not because someone forced me to do it. No external reward will change my mind because I’m happy doing whatever I’m doing without any regrets.
