The Supervisors are the major role
players for the organization's success and it leads to the greater
height of achievement. The supervisor monitors the employee’s
performance in the work delivery and assigns them to function
effectively for higher business growth. Employees always seek for
an ethical environment, the ethical practice motivates the
employees to work effectively in the business process.
The leadership qualities of a supervisor also influence the
employees to work on an assigned pattern, a supervisor is required
to know about the strengths of its team member and it is required
to utilize the work as per the requirements of the team. The work
structure is a very crucial aspect that requires being well planned
by the supervisor to maintain the correct sense of leadership. The
leadership techniques are correctly required to be formulated to
drive the workforce with diligence; otherwise, the work cannot be
done.
The employee expects a lot from the leader to work freely in the competitive environment, a competitive environment seeks to showcase the unique aspect and creativity in the work. The employee seeks for the freedom to work on his/her capabilities and strengths. They expect the supervisor to guide them through the implementation process to function the work even better by upgrading several techniques.
The supervisor attitudes really make the difference; the employees get motivated by the supervisor’s attitude. But, if the supervisor is not following the ethical prospects or making the wrong attitude towards the employees, the reflection will be seen in the employee work performance. The work performance will not meet its standards. Therefore, an employee always seeks for the positive attitude which a supervisor is required to maintain with full consistency in the work. It will motivate them and mentally support them to deal with the employees in an ethical way to make them feel better in the working environment and support them with the needs; also it is required to praise them for their work standard so the maximum achievement can be obtained.
