creating a safe and healthy workplace is the responsibility of not only a firm, also it is the responsibility of the all people who works there. the management or higher authorities give some norms, laws or guideliness at the work place, but they were followed and monitored by us at the work place. so, it is our responsibility to implementaion of all the norms and regulations. Violation of these leads to polluting the work place and work culture, which may create some additional problems at the work place.
all the employees must obey the rules and regulations of the firm and must follow them. we do not have any right to destroy or pollute something when we do not have any chance to create them. so, maintaining good relations with all the colleagues is the obligation of each worker. if something goes wrong at any point of time, do not hate the people. identify the situations and correct them, if not they spoil the culture of the firm and at last most of the workers will punished. if action of one employee is wrong, do not insists all the people and blame. speak with the person personally, ask him to correct the mistakes, otherwise this may spoil others too.
I am against to the gun culture where ever the place and what ever it is. people may lost their conscience at some times and they lost humanity also. in the short span of time, they does not know what they really doing. they may done it accidentally, with more angry on others. once the time is lapsed or over, they think normally. if they carries guns with them, and at the time of angry or if they lost balace, they use it and kill others, which is never recoverable. no one have a right o kill other people, the only right we have is correct them if possible and make them good people. if we start killing someone with angry or with some other reason, this world may filled with guns and weapons but not with people.
