1. If you were an HR professional in a governmental organization faced with developing and implementing a sexual harassment training program for your staff but had insufficient funds allocated to training, what would you do?

Answer 1) I would do the following, if not having sufficient funds for my trainings:

  • Internal Trainings: Through conducting internal trainings, knowledge from different employees can be shared. People from each team can deliver a short opinion about the sexual harrasment at workplace.
  • Collaborate with other community organizations: I will get mentoring schemes when clooboration with other community organizations. There are many peoples who mentor on voluntary basis which is less expensive.
  • Learning methods: There are lot of online courses available these days for self-directed learning process. We can provide access to such kind of courses to better understand results of sexual harassment.

The two strategies that i would use to accomplish my training goal in the light of budgetary limitations are as follows:

  • I would like to take support and access from Acas which is a free helpline to get knowledge and support on having right policies and procedures and to boost productivity.
  • I would speak to my training provider to give me best offers after discount.
