Also clearly defining change is essential in identifying the needs for the changes and the implications of the change to the organization as a whole. examples would include conducting a critical review against organisation goals and strategies to promote positive change.
Determining the impacts of the social change would include examples of activities such as reviewing the entire business unit and how the change will impact the structure of the organization and the individuals involved in the change.
Developing a communication plan is essential in ensuring that the stakeholders are aware of the change among its impacts and also ensure interaction across the department and sectors. examples would include creating a timeline regarding how the change process will be implemented.
Ensuring effective training should be essential while implementing change process . this would be essential in reducing resistance and ensuring that the employees are not stressed with the new changes. examples would include setting up training programs to educate employees on the anticipated changes in the organization and to also provide them with information, skills and capabilities to deal with the changes positively.
