Since you have posted multiple questions, I am going to answer first two. I hope it helps. Thanks

1. Motivation is a necessity for a successful life. Every indiviual has a unique motivation strategy. Maslow has depicted a pyramid of needs which presents the hierarchy of human needs. These hierarchies motivates human behavior in order to achieve fulfilment and satisfaction. The main motivating factors according to Maslow are as follows:

  • At the bottom of the pyramid are our physical needs. We need food, sleep, water, shelter, safety, health, air, clothing and financial and personal security.
  • At top of the pyramid is what we aspire for in ideal and idyllic times, which is self-actualisation

2. Stress is defined a s a way by which our body respond to a partiuclar threat. Everyone experiences stress at some stage in their life. It is a way for us to know that something in our life is causing us concern and is affecting how we are thinking and feeling. It is not always bad. In small doses or we can say in balanced state, it can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to do your best, but when you are constantly running in emergency mode, your mind and body pay the price.
