- Vitamin B (thaiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), Vitamine C are
the type of water soluble vitamins.

sufficient energy from food which are essential for our body.
- Vitamin B6,B12 are used to build protien
in our body.
Fat soluble vitamins
- Vitamin A, D, E, K are known as the fat soluble vitamins.
- Vitamin A, D, K are used to formation of the bones in our

- Vitamin A is used protect our vision. and vitamin E used as an

- Niacine is also known as vitamin B3 which is used to
convert fat, carbohydrates into energy which is very important for
our health.
Vitamin D
- Vitamin D has a very important role in our immune system, nerve
function and muscle function.
- Vitamin D used to help absorbing calcium in our body.
- Vitamin D used to reduce the risk of multiple sclerosis.
