  • Vitamin is the type of organic molecule which are considered as essential micronutrients because they perform differnt types of roles in our body.
  • The main function of the vitamins are to convert food into energy.
  • Vitamins also used for repairing different types of cellular damage in the body.
  • Vitamins also used to heal the wound, making up the bones and also increase the immune system of the body.

VITAMINS ARE EESENTIAL TO LIFE AND HEALTH

There are different types of vitamins are present which are very essential for our life and health.

Water soluble vitamins

  • Vitamin B (thaiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), Vitamine C are the type of water soluble vitamins.
  • Water soluble vitamins such as vitamine B used to release sufficient energy from food which are essential for our body.
  • Vitamin B6,B12 are used to build protien in our body.

Fat soluble vitamins

  • Vitamin A, D, E, K are known as the fat soluble vitamins.
  • Vitamin A, D, K are used to formation of the bones in our body.
  • Vitamin A is used protect our vision. and vitamin E used as an antioxidants.

Antioxidants

  • Antioxidants are the type of substance which are used to prevent and slow down the damage to cell caused by free radicals.It is known as oxadative stress.
  • The antioxidants which are produce by our body is known as endogenious antioxidants and the antioxidants which are produce from out side the body is called exogenous antioxidants.
  • Antioxidants suppliments are used to help reduce the vision loss.

Alll vitamins are essential for our body growth, but in my opinion most importants vitamins are Vitamin B, Vitamin D and Vitamin K.

Vitamine B

  • There are different types of vitamin B such are thaimin(Vitamin B1), Riboflavin(Vitamin B2), Niacin(Vitamin B3) etc.
  • Thaimin used to convert glucose into energy and also have important role in nerve functions.
  • Riboflavin used to Increase the vision power and also skin health.
  • Niacine is also known as vitamin B3 which is used to convert fat, carbohydrates into energy which is very important for our health.

Vitamin D

  • Vitamin D has a very important role in our immune system, nerve function and muscle function.
  • Vitamin D used to help absorbing calcium in our body.
  • Vitamin D used to reduce the risk of multiple sclerosis.
  • Vitamin D suppliments used to boost the weight loss in our body.

Vitamin K

  • Vitamin K used to increase the bone health and also used to wound healing in our body.
  • Vitamin K has an important role in blood clotting in our body.
  • Vitamin K used to increase the tissue function in our body.
  • It also used to reduce the risk of heart disease.
