The leadership and management course has a great deal of importance for developing the much required and in demand soft skills such as leadership and management. The course had plenty of material which helped me in finding answers to many of the questions I had before the start of the course. The course turned out to be extremely efficient and effective in helping me understand the nuances of management and the major differences in management and leadership.

My expectations were to learn how to manage ones job duties and also the subordinates effectively. How relevant will be the theoretical knowledge while applying it to the real world scenarios. Also, I wanted to learn about various leadership styles and how to identify which leadership stylebest suits the given situation. These were some of the major learning expectations I had from this advanced course in management and leadership. I also wanted to learn about the differences in management and leadership. Also, how these two can be combined together to develop a working environment that is effective and productive. The ability to guess the best leadership style for the given situation is one of the most critical learning I wanted toacomplish through the course.
