From my firsthand leadership experience, I came to know that-

Leadership is a very difficult task, it is not as simple as it looks.
If you are the leader, you can't have your own priorities at that time, you have to think about the team as a whole.
You have to take many important decisions which will effect not only you but the whole team.
You must take advice from every member in order to maintain peace in the team/group/state.
You also have to take some strict decisions as a leader to maintain peace.
As a leader you are responsible for the every actions taken by your team/group.
As a leader you are responsible for the win and loss of your team.

As you have got an idea now, you can list your own points about leadership experience as everyone have different mindsets.
