The article tells us about the various type of leadership right from the start of the article it is motivating when the author cites that Leaders do not walk with their heads down, they stride quickly forward with foresight. Visionary leaders do not just view snapshots, they see the full picture it is a motivation for every manager to lead the team front and be courageous to work in every kind of situation. The article describes the type of leadership at the various stages of the product life cycle.

The article is very written and informative in nature the best thing is that it is not too long also it focuses on only what it is intended to deliver it is written in points so the reader doesn't get a feel of boring while reading. The conclusion sums up the entire leadership when it says that all leadership types are necessary and a combination is sometimes required to make things happen. Just as the hand will fit the right glove, so can different types of leadership be employed to match its own set of purposes.
