Transformational leadership or leaders are charismatic personalities who always inspire and motivate employees in an organization to achieve the common goals of the business. They are charismatic, , high intellectuals, inspiring, motivating and coordinate with every team to maximise the performance.
A best example for transformational leadership to be applied in organizations are when the business sees a sudden slowdown due to various reasons both external and internal. The following factors of transformational leadership plays a major role in bringing about and accepting changes in the business setting .
