How did your choices affect the strength of the relationship meter in your simulation experience? Describe using "your words" the practices that are most effective working with families. Identify strategies that you will use in the future when interacting with families. Just for fun, what is one thing a teacher should NOT do?

Simulation is the imitation of the operation of a real world process or system over time. In simulation experience choice would affect a lot, and it would also give us foresight an in what needs to be done in the real life process. The most effective familie are the ones which do not insult others, which consider about the weaknesse and help you to work on it. Family is the strength for any person. For any effective family effective communication is nedded the most, group practises such as going put for picnics or vaccations. Keeping your ego aside is equally important. One should always take and give respect in family, for that together lunch or dinner can also be a way out. Doing some work togeher also helps in general such cleaning up house, doing gardening work, doing cooking together and enjoying sunday, inviting somebody over luch or dinner and keeping house clean, preparing food can also help in building relationships amongst members vey strong. Discussing about problems, finding a way out for solution can help in building confidence amongst the family members.

Regarding the last question to answer, I am myself a teacher. And I guess teacher should not to go in streching on topic which do students find complicated. As repetitive long lectures is not going to make anything go into their heads. Hence including creative ways can help or also taking into consideration the student's mind can also be helpful.
