Respectively.overall, a high degree of reflection was found in this students journals after rotation in peridonotics clinic, suggesting that reflective journaling can serve as a useful learning exercise to promote continual improvement during clinical training.

* understand components of the healthy peridontium.
* define peridontal health goals.
* understand an overview of peridontal physiology and bone remodeling.
* identify manifestation of diseased periodontium.
* understand periodontal disease classification.
* describe patterns of attachment loss and their prognostic and treatment implications.

3. What are changes of perception,abilities,be lives skills that are result of the rotation?
Our aim was to explore perceptions of periodontal health and illness and to examine attitudes and belifes regarding prevention of gum disease.focus group discussion among adult aged 18 and above based on convenient and purposive sampling in Tehran.transcript of the four focus group discussion where analyzed by two independent reviewers using a content analysis method. Common perception of periodontal health and illness and the attitude towards prevention.the study demonstrated the subject good understanding of prevention of periodontal disease,but their lack of knowledge of the of the aetiology of the disease, and an inability to differentiate aetiology, symptoms nd prevention of dental caries and periodontal disease.this study revealed a need for Ora health education among patient to improve their knowledge and change their attitudes to achieve deeper understanding of the aetiology and prevention of periodontal disease.health promotion programs should address misconception about prevention of gum disease.

Culture can affect diet., oral hygiene habits and perceptions of the seriousness of tooth decay.the influence of culture on use of dental services and oral health outcomes means that even when income is not an issue and services are available, learned behaviors can determine health seeking behavior.

* identify the ethical issues.ethical issues exist in a board sense, whenever ones actions affect others.

Through the interprofessional rotation student in pharmacy, medicine, and nursing bring their specialized skills to the table to serve high risk patient together, with the added benefit of learning to value the contribution of other professions.
