Using the assessment portion of the ADDIE model, describe the steps you would take to assess Strategic, Task, and Person Analysis. Within each of the assessment phases, give examples of information that could be found to account for the issues XYZ is experiencing.

Give KSA tests/evaluations.

Design
Design phase will help in developing the plan based on the acquired analysis in order to rectify the problem related with quality issues.

Example of information that can be acquired through design
The design Phase is systematic and specific which helps to develop logical planned strategy.
Instructional strategies
Prototype creation
creation of story board and visual design

Development
The design is further develop through feedback and reviews. The required procedure of quality assessment is followed an appropriate control action is taken by modifying the existing plan and develop more robust and rigid instructional plan for the employees to follow.

Implementation
Implementation phase would involve training the employees in relation to new developed instructional guidelines and implementing the protocol of reducing the defective items in the production process.

Evaluation
Hear each state is monitored and the overall process is monitored and checked for any discrepancy from the plan so as to take appropriate control action and rectify the entire process through feedback and review.
