Describe in layman's terms how ONE of the following supports evolution by natural selection: the fossil record, the anatomical record, the molecular record. Please use your own words.
Fossil record: Fossil is the impression of previous organisms present in nature. Fossil record shows the changes occured in todays organisms due to progression of evolution by natural selection. A detailed study of fossil record can identify the changes occured in organism as an adaptation towards changing environments and survival of the organisms due to natural selection of that adaptive features.
The anatomica record: Anatomical record is the record of anatomy of previous organism which is very much helful in evolution study. For example, the anatomical record of monkey shows short hind legs which has become long in human begins and naturally selected in order to support bipedal locomotion. Thus, anatomical record also support evolution by natural selection.
The molecular record: The molecular record support evolution by natural selection much specificially and acuurately because here genomic changes is compared with previous organisms which include changes in genetic material (DNA and RNA).
