A) personality- personality is one of the most important concept which will lead to increase in the organisational performance because personality will be including all the characteristics which would be personal and professional characteristic of all the individuals and group members as well as group leaders, which will be helpful in following a ethical culture and code of conduct of the business which will help in incorporating discipline in their behaviour at the workplace and following organisational ethos in order to maximize the rate of return of the shareholders.

personality traits of managers as well as other employees are very important in alignment of their objective with the objective of the organisation and it will help in maximization of the overall rate of return in the short as well as long run.

B) leadership-leadership is one of the most important quality of group leader and other strategic managers which will help them to regulate and facilitate their group members and motivate them in order to achieve the objectives.

the leader should always be trying to be inclusive in nature and he should be trying to always listen to his group members and he should be acting as a facilitator rather than a regulator and he should be trying to channelise a well-established communication between various members of the the group and organisation so that they can be motivated and communicated in order to achieve the goals and the objective, of the organisation.
