(b) CCl4 will have the largest London dispersion force.The reason for the same is that the London dispersion force is directly proportional to the size of the molecule,ie., as the size of molecule increases the London dispersion force due the bigger electron cloud of the molecule.Here CCl4 have four chlorine atoms which have higher atomic radius and hence the resulting molecule CCl4 will have biggest size among all.Hence CCl4 will have largest London dispersion force.
