a) Tracing the alphabet with toe , encouraging ankle movement in all direction
Strengthning exercises:
a) Start by sitting on foor and pushing it outward against an immovable object such as wall,or furniture. Holding for 6 secs ,then relaxing
b)While sitting putting feet together flat on floor,pressing injured foot inward against other foot . and then holding for 6 secs and relaxing

Balance and control exercise
a) Stand on injured foot while holding arms out to your sides with eues open . If you feel unsteady,stand in doorway so you can put your hands on door frame to help you . Balance for as long as possible working for upto 60 seconds.
b) Standing on injured foot only and holding arms across chest , closing eyes.Balance for at least 60 seconds
