1.Advise to take Warfarin at same time every day. 2.Should not stop the drug with out taking advice from your doctor . 3.Common side effects are nausea and vomiting ,tiredness, sometimes coughing out blood ,excess of bleeding . 4 .Educate about regular follow up and Lab test INR 5 .Encourage to take foods rich in Vitamin K to reduce blood clotting.
